However, they put that defeat behind them, and have been one of the teams of the season so far. Emery has got them firing on all cylinders, and they will be disappointed if they do not at least qualify for the Champions League. They have become very hard to beat, and always seem to snatch something from a match.

Eddie Howe took to managing Newcastle like a duck to water, but it is fair to say that the past two to three months have been hard for him and his team. However, they are slowly getting their injured players back, and I am sure that they will put their poor form behind them, which has seen them lose five out of their last six games, and start climbing the table.
